Since 1981, Rona Bartelstone Care Management & Home Healthcare
has provided private healthcare
and personalized care management
services to older adults and individuals dealing with illness
and chronic disabilities. As the first private care management
company in the Southeast, Rona Bartelstone understands the unique

managers and home care

Our home healthcare services,
provided on a long or short-term basis, are delivered in the home
of a client who is elderly, recovering from a medical condition,
disabled, chronically ill or simply in need of assistance with
the activities of daily living. These services include:
- Assistance with meal preparation, shopping, bathing and dressing
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation to the doctor and other appointments
- Specialized care addressing the limitations resulting from medical conditions
- Hourly and live-in nursing
- Medication management and supervision
- Assistance meeting specific health care needs
- Caregiver breaks, allowing the primary caregiver to take a much needed break

Our care management
services provide individuals with chronic disabilities and their
families, an integrated team of professionals to help ensure access
to quality long-term care and assistance with the activities of
daily living. These services include:
- Professional assessment and consultation with the family
- Developing an individualized plan of care
- Educating the client and family and building consensus for the plan
- Providing emotional support to help the client deal with chronic illness, losses and functional limitations
- Coordinating and monitoring all service providers
- Providing referrals for professional services including medical, legal and financial
- Liaison with the family and follow-up with physicians
- Managing bills and medical services
