SeniorBridge/Rona Bartelstone Associates is uniquely positioned to provide quality care
management services on a national basis. We have numerous corporate relationships that provide a
stream of referrals nationwide. We also have a national contract with a major financial services
company and are always seeking new relationships that make care management services available to
families nationwide.
Due to this continual growth of business, we are expanding our national network of high quality
care management providers and we are inviting your participation. The SeniorBridge/Rona Bartelstone
Associates Care Management Network, formerly the Independent Practice Association (IPA), is unique in
its structure and relationships. The Network can provide your business with increased marketing, billing
and clients. In most situations, Network members receive your regular hourly fees for care management
services. We respect your internal systems and record keeping tools.
If you are a care manager or a care management company with a commitment to customized, client centered
care, we invite you to apply for membership in our national network.
In order to assure your participation in the SeniorBridge/Rona Bartelstone Associates Care Management
Network, we need to have complete subcontractor information for your company and for each individual care
manager providing services within your company. This is part of our due diligence process.
